Essential Functions: Collaborate with Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation team members, other LSSl programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients. Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8) clients. Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices. Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload. Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals. Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed. Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner. Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI. Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in substance use field preferred.
  • CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date.
  • Annual TB test required.
  • Biohazard training required.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Trained and proficient in the use of an electronic health care record required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards preferred.
