About The Position

The Counselor Aide provides direct patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor or Charge Nurse. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention and activities of daily living. This position is mid shift 2:30pm to 11pm with every other weekend rotation. This position qualifies for a $1000 sign-on bonus!! Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Psychology or other related field or Licensed nurse/CNA with a minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare environment or equivalent experience preferred.
