Lincoln Hall’s Family Reunification Program (FRP) is located on a 450-acre campus in Westchester County, NY, approximately 45 minutes north of New York City. The FRP provides temporary shelter services to unaccompanied children until they can be safely reunified with sponsors in the United States. While in our care, the children receive a host of services, including: clinical, case management, medical, nutritional, recreational, religious, and educational services, all aimed at supporting the child’s physical, mental, behavioral, and emotional well-being. The Cottage supervisor, under the direct supervision of the designated administrator, will be responsible for all elements of residential services while the child is in care. The Cottage Supervisor is responsible for administrative oversight, training, and supervision of Youth Care Workers (YCWs) in the cottages as well as on campus and when in the community. With oversight and consultation with program senior program leadership, the Cottage Supervisor is responsible to lead their staff in developing and maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic living environment for the children in shelter care. The Cottage Supervisor is to identify and master leadership tasks that will exemplify the agency’s values, supporting all aspects of the program and the delivery of quality services. The Cottage Supervisor must use sound, independent judgment in maintaining efficient daily operations within the cottage to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
