Requirements

College degree in Industrial Engineering/Accounting/Business or at least 3-5 years’ experience.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as SAP.
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
Creative problem solver.
Positive attitude and action oriented.
Approximately 80 percent sit and 20 percent involve activities on the shop floor.
Some projects may require additional time in the manufacturing area measuring and observing processes.
Knowledge of Time study process.

Nice To Haves

Industrial Engineer background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make estimates of new and proposed products and recommend cost efficiencies in new product layouts.
Communicate problems and propose solutions to senior/peer management.
Need to acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of production processes.
