Requirements

  • College degree in Industrial Engineering/Accounting/Business or at least 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Positive attitude and action oriented.
  • Approximately 80 percent sit and 20 percent involve activities on the shop floor.
  • Some projects may require additional time in the manufacturing area measuring and observing processes.
  • Knowledge of Time study process.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial Engineer background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Make estimates of new and proposed products and recommend cost efficiencies in new product layouts.
  • Communicate problems and propose solutions to senior/peer management.
  • Need to acquire and maintain extensive knowledge of production processes.
