About The Position

The Account Manager is directly responsible for managing current production business for any commercial requirements, assigned customer accounts to lead quotations for new business opportunities, and working with Program Management Team to support existing new business development wins.

Requirements

• Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
• More than 3 years experience in cost accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• This position will spend the majority of time in office environments within Fuyao. It requires to work under pressure.
• It will be frequently necessary to spend time on the manufacturing floor within Fuyao.
• Strict observance of Fuyao safety policy & standards, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as compliance with our customer's safety policies are mandatory.
• TECHNICAL SKILLS - Knowledge of product process, familiar with product cost structure and program cost calculation.
• REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of  variables.
• COMPUTER SKILLS - familiarity MS office softwares.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
• Diligence, honesty, effective time management, innovative thinking
• Sound financial accumen and ability to understand / interpret basic financial documents
• Careful attention to detail / detail oriented
• Willing to travel and work a flexible schedule
• Knowledge of product production process and quality requirements.
• Familiar with product cost structure and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Create the Product Costing and Cost Model development process for North America
• Manage the Business Case process for New Model business opportunities for North America
• Manage the Cost Analysis and Pricing for Engineering Changes to awarded programs
• Establish and analyse quotation price historical database includes Fuyao and competitors.
• Create the customer piece price breakdown.
• Manage quotation documents.
• Support account manager with customers strategy map.
• Other duties as assigned
