About The Position

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Cost Analyst to support cost estimating and analytical requirements across major federal acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing cost estimates, conducting financial modeling, and supporting complex program evaluations throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university OR four additional years of related experience (total of 8 years) may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • Experience: Minimum four years of experience providing cost estimating support for large projects.
  • Experience with: ACEIT (Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools)
  • AMCOS (Army Military-Civilian Cost System)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
  • Requires active TS/SCI

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of cost analysis assignments in support of Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs) and Program Office Estimates (POEs).
  • Develop or evaluate cost assessments and cost positions for system development, demonstration, and production phases.
  • Assess the cost impact of system changes, alternative technical approaches, and prototype analyses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) that withstand Army and DoD-level review.
  • Evaluate management issues, conduct cost modeling, and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Provide information requirements, analytical inputs, and scientific approaches to resolve program cost challenges.
  • Use ACEIT, AMCOS, and other cost tools to support program cost projections and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain cost documentation, reports, and briefings for leadership.
