Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, Finance from an accredited college.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to travel 25%.

Nice To Haves

Strong Microsoft skills including excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Familiarity working with financial documents and records including trial balances
Good communications.

Responsibilities

Perform Cost Evaluations in accordance with FAR Part 15.
Negotiate supplier proposals.
Develop supplier capture strategy for pursuit of long-range objectives and strategic plans to ensure effective material integration on program campaign pursuits, and establish new or renewed contracts.
Performs and documents price/cost analysis on a variety of proposals for development, production and sustainment of major systems.
Analyzes supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness, reviewing in detail the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, and special tooling.
Evaluations of supplier proposals are provided to the government customer and used in prime proposal pricing.
Develops negotiation strategies and concludes both supplier and prime negotiations to achieve company profit objectives and customer affordability goals.
