About The Position

Berman Skin Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Cosmetic Sales Consultant to join our Los Altos team, with a primary focus on hair transplant and hair restoration consultations. While this role will support select cosmetic services, the majority of responsibilities will center on educating, consulting, and converting prospective hair transplant patients. This position is ideal for a high-performing consultative sales professional who thrives in a medical aesthetic environment, understands high-ticket elective procedures, and excels at building trust while guiding patients through life-changing decisions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or elective healthcare sales (required)
  • Proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate sensitive, personal conversations with empathy and discretion
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, patient scheduling software, and financing platforms
  • Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a medical setting

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-office and virtual consultations with prospective patients seeking hair restoration solutions
  • Educate patients on hair transplant options and technologies, including: ARTAS® Robotic Hair Transplant FUE and FUT procedures PRP injections
  • Clearly explain candidacy, procedure timelines, pricing, and expected outcomes in alignment with physician recommendations
  • Provide consultative guidance for select cosmetic and aesthetic services when appropriate
  • Build strong rapport by actively listening to patient concerns and delivering personalized treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure accurate medical information and a seamless patient experience
  • Prepare and present customized treatment plans, financing options, and membership or package offerings
  • Consistently follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maximize consultation-to-procedure conversion
  • Maintain detailed documentation of leads, consultations, and sales activity within the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while upholding exceptional patient care standards
  • Represent Berman Skin Institute with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times
