About The Position

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in emergency property restoration, serving residential and commercial clients through fire, water, mold, and disaster response. This local office ownership group is growth-focused, hands-on, and committed to expanding market presence through strong relationship-based sales. We are partnering with our client to identify a driven Restoration Sales Consultant professional to support territory growth and emergency response services. Job Purpose The Restoration Sales Consultant role is responsible for generating new restoration business through proactive field sales, relationship development, and emergency response coordination. This is a true “hunter” role suited for someone who thrives on cold calling, in-person visits, and closing restoration opportunities. Territory & Structure Eastside territory including Ann Arbor, Novi, Pontiac, and North Oakland County Reports directly to the Owner Field-based role with one day per week in the office

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside sales or business development, preferably within restoration, construction, or insurance-related industries
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume in-person outreach
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts
  • CRM experience required (Lexor preferred)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 8+ in-person sales calls per day within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with: Insurance agents and adjusters Commercial property managers Building owners and management firms
  • Drive Emergency Response & Consulting (ERC) opportunities
  • Participate in on-call emergency response rotation
  • Utilize Lexor CRM to track sales activity and manage relationships
  • Represent the company professionally during emergency and non-emergency engagements
