We are looking for a Cosmetic / Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team and support surgical and non-surgical services across our locations. Non-Surgical Expertise - Experience with injectables, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures. High-Conversion Consultation Skills - Ability to understand patient goals and confidently recommend appropriate treatments that convert to procedures. Patient-Centered Approach - Deliver a high-quality patient experience from consultation through post-operative care. Strong Communication Skills - Clearly explain procedures, expectations, risks, and outcomes to patients. Problem-Solving & Ownership - Ability to address patient concerns, complications, and operational challenges proactively. Efficiency & Urgency - Maintain strong workflow execution in both clinic and surgical settings. Team Collaboration - Work effectively with clinical staff, coordinators, and leadership to ensure smooth operations. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Completion of an accredited residency program in Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery
Active State Medical License (Required)
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery: 2+ years (Preferred)
Ambulatory Surgery Center experience: 2+ years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Administer non-surgical treatments including injectables, fillers, and laser therapies.
Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize patient flow and case completion.
Utilize imaging tools and communication strategies to align patient expectations with outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and manage follow-ups effectively.
Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate best practices into care delivery.
