We are looking for a Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon to join our growing team and support surgical and non-surgical services across our locations. IBI Clinic is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and we are seeking a provider who can drive patient outcomes, increase case volume, and contribute to overall practice growth. Requirements

  • Surgical Excellence - Strong expertise in cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures with a focus on precision, safety, and outcomes.
  • Non-Surgical Expertise - Experience with injectables, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • High-Conversion Consultation Skills - Ability to understand patient goals and confidently recommend appropriate treatments that convert to procedures.
  • Patient-Centered Approach - Deliver a high-quality patient experience from consultation through post-operative care.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Clearly explain procedures, expectations, risks, and outcomes to patients.
  • Problem-Solving & Ownership - Ability to address patient concerns, complications, and operational challenges proactively.
  • Efficiency & Urgency - Maintain strong workflow execution in both clinic and surgical settings.
  • Team Collaboration - Work effectively with clinical staff, coordinators, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Growth Mindset - Stay current with new techniques, technologies, and industry trends to drive more revenue.
  • Reliable & Professional - Consistent, accountable, and able to represent the clinic at a high level.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery
  • Active State Medical License (Required)
  • Cosmetic/Plastic Surgery: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Ambulatory Surgery Center experience: 2+ years (Preferred)

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic and plastic surgical procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer non-surgical treatments including injectables, fillers, and laser therapies.
  • Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize patient flow and case completion.
  • Utilize imaging tools and communication strategies to align patient expectations with outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate best practices into care delivery.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to increase patient volume and overall practice growth.
