About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Corrugated Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift at our Fullerton facility. As a Corrugated Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime based on production needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with corrugated machinery, is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and follow all safety guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexible to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with corrugated machinery, is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor corrugated machinery to ensure the production of quality products.
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure proper function and identify maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
