Requirements
- 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
- Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customer s
- Ensure overall facility cleanliness
- Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (f orklift training will be offered on the job)
- A bility to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 5 0 pounds
- Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
- High s chool d iploma or e quivalent
Nice To Haves
- You e njoy a variety of job duties and responsibilities and c an effectively multi-task
- You’re a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- You’re experienced in agriculture (preferred)
- You have a valid commercial driver’s license (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Receive and ship inventory items
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork
- Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness
- Utilize scales and measure s to accurately fill containers
- Pull c ustomer orders correctly for on time delivery
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
