Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Lead to join our growing team.

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to physically type

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Manufactured Home Industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff while identifying opportunities to enhance their knowledge
  • Process tasks and logging, depending on volume.
  • Facilitate the assigning of workload to Correspondence Specialists.
  • Ensure that departmental productivity, compliance, and quality standards are met
  • Audit staff performance as needed
  • Review and update policies and procedures as needed
  • Openly and consistently communicate with other departments
  • Gather and collect information on problems to determine areas of deficiencies.
  • Cross-train department with writing, logging, and other duties for universal servicing
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular reviews of loan files and processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Other tasks and assignments as requested by leadership team
