The position is located at Bertie Correctional Institution in Windsor, North Carolina. Reporting to a Correctional Programs Supervisor, this position is responsible for conducting initial assessments of offender needs and developing case plans, monitoring for compliance and results, and revising as appropriate to meet offender needs and achieve system objectives.
