The Foundational Business Technology group is seeking a Solution Lead dedicated to refining our technical analysis processes and enhancing the configuration and integration with our production desktop platforms including Customer Service Representatives (CSR) Desktop, Field Service Desktop, and Agent Desktop based on Salesforce and AWS. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing trends related to our key journeys across multiple constituencies, and ensuring delivery excellence by integrating these insights into our execution practices. The Solution Lead will collaborate closely with Delivery Leads, Architects, and Development Leads within the Value Stream, as well as our Application Support partners and key leaders across the Centers for Enablement supporting AI, data, and DevOps practices. You will ensure consistency across teams and initiatives by adhering to best practices and adopting modern capabilities that enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic thinker with expertise in software delivery, development best practices, production support best practices, and has a strong orientation towards technical analysis and configuration.
