Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel coordination or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with travel booking and expense platforms (SAP Concur preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-pressure situations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating group travel or events is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including airfare, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees, candidate, and new hire travel needs
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations, emergencies, and after-hours travel support as needed
  • Ensure travel bookings comply with company policies and budget guidelines
  • Coordinate travel logistics for company meetings and events, including small groups (approx. 12 attendees) to large-scale events (up to 200 attendees)
  • Support site negotiations and logistics for off-site meetings and company events
  • Coordinate group airfare and hotel accommodation for company-wide events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to airfare discrepancies, vendor charges, and billing errors
  • Maintain accurate travel records, confirmations, and expense documentation
  • Negotiate preferred rates with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors when applicable
  • Stay current on travel regulations, safety advisories, and industry best practices
  • Support and manage corporate travel tools and platforms, including SAP Concur
