Paid Transfer Pricing Internship (flexible part-time OR full-time opportunities) Internship Program Overview: ITW’s Transfer Pricing internship program provides exposure to the challenging aspects of price determination in relation to related party transactions. Interns are encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs and are provided responsibility and autonomy to take ownership of projects and complete assigned tasks. ITW’s Transfer Pricing Internship Program is aimed at providing meaningful and fulfilling work experience under the mentorship of skilled tax professionals. At ITW, our transfer pricing interns help our global affiliates prepare transfer pricing documentation. We use principals of finance and economics to write reports that will be used for tax compliance, supporting operational changes and dispute resolution. Transfer pricing interns also have the opportunity to assist in core tax compliance functions. This winter internship program will provide you with marketable experiences and skills, as well as introduce you to ITW’s unique way of doing business. Position Summary: Flexible Part-time or Full-time work schedule options (minimum of 24 hours / week) Position is in-person at ITW’s corporate campus in Glenview, Illinois Work within a cross-functional tax department, with a core focus on transfer pricing, but will assist with general tax projects as requested Collate and revise functional and financial data in transfer pricing reports Research and draft company overviews with internal and external data sources Conduct quality control evaluation on reports

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics/statistics, or related field
Demonstrated academic success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze and manage complex information and data
Attention to detail and self-review
Work independently and in a team
Computer proficiency with MS Office
