About The Position
As our Training Specialist, you are the "face" of our culture! We aren’t looking for someone to just read slides; we need a Corporate Trainer who is a master storyteller and high-energy coach.
Requirements
- Personable Presence: You are naturally outgoing, very personable, and have a "get-it-done" attitude that builds immediate credibility with field staff.
- Facilitation Skills: A strong background as a facilitator is a major plus—we want someone who can lead "without authority" and keep a room buzzing.
- Road Warrior Spirit: Ability to travel 50% of the time across our service areas (including Nashville and Greensboro).
- Tech Savvy: Ability to master systems like Dayforce, Coupa, and Expensify.
Responsibilities
- Engage & Inspire: Serve as a strong presenter who connects deeply with the audience, ensuring every session is high-energy and high-impact.
- Expert Facilitation: Act as a lead Learning & Development Specialist by facilitating bespoke training sessions both virtually and in-person.
- Master the Field: Spend time at cleaning and landscape sites to understand the frontline experience—you’re just as comfortable in a safety vest as you are in a boardroom!
- Analyze Success: Track training outcomes and ROI to ensure our team has the best tools to succeed.
