What You’ll Do
As a Talent Training Associate, you’ll play a vital role in helping team members reach their full potential. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, lead impactful training sessions, and support the professional development of our workforce.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—you thrive when engaging others
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (sales or customer service preferred)
• Creativity and innovation in developing learning tools and programs
• Confidence leading virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for developing people

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach effective sales and customer service techniques that drive performance
• Design, update, and deliver creative and engaging training materials
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Support onboarding and ensure new hires succeed from day one
• Partner with leadership to identify development and growth opportunities
• Track progress, measure training impact, and celebrate success
