About The Position

The Corporate Trainer ensures maximum effectiveness of employee development by developing, implementing, and conducting necessary training programs. This employee will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with staff at all levels. Initiative and discernment will be required to assist in identifying training needs throughout BrightStar Credit Union. This position is high-profile and impactful across all lines of our organization. We seek a talented, results-driven professional passionate about making a difference. This position is in office only at our Cooper City location.
