Penske Transportation Solutions is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our corporate staffing team. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle recruitment process for a broad range of technical and business-critical roles, including analytics, data science, project management, product development, product strategy, and customer success. Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 3 years of progressive recruiting experience supporting corporate and technical functions, with demonstrated experience and success in roles similar to those outlined above. Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of equivalent work experience required. This position reports to the corporate recruiting manager and will be based out of our corporate offices in Green Hills/Reading, PA on a hybrid schedule at least 3-4 days in office a week.
