JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Team Member Experience and Leadership Development, the Team Member Experience Advisor is a Human Resources position supporting company-wide HR practices and strategy. The primary role of the Team Member Experience Advisor is to perform human resources functions and assignments with a focus on companywide Team Member engagement by partnering with property Human Resources leaders to assist in and implement high impact development initiatives for the companywide Team Member population. Additionally, the Team Member Experience Advisor will assist in the responsibility for the communication, execution, and program management efforts associated with company-wide training solutions. Strategic thinking, attention to detail and effective communication skills are key aspects of this role. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Champion of the Company’s culture and overall Team Member experience. Incorporates creative and innovative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently. Establishes credibility and trust with all levels of Team Members by developing professional working relationships. Designs and executes meaningful and strategic Team Member engagement events to drive a best-in-class Team Member experience for Team Members Partner with company-wide business and human resources leaders to drive performance management and leverage Team Member feedback data to promote a positive and productive work environment Collaborates with the Internal Communications team on internal communications processes Facilitate and act as a Subject Matter Expert in Talent Development programs such as New Hire Orientation, Extraordinary Leadership Training and Progressive Discipline Training. Supports ongoing planning associated with training program delivery, including train-the-trainer efforts, new program implementation, and leadership series scheduling. Takes ownership by overseeing, coordinating and creating various highly sensitive HR-related duties such as investigations, termination documentation and case review. Creates a positive work environment by being available to tasks and requests from other HR verticals as requested.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
  • Must demonstrate high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within team and cross-functionally
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
