About The Position

We're hiring a Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of corporate roles across IVX Health. While the position supports diverse functions, experience hiring for sales or revenue‑generating roles is strongly preferred, as you will regularly collaborate with our Business Development leaders and help build high-impact teams that fuel our national growth. Based in Brentwood, TN with a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days onsite), this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or healthcare environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting for sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated success hiring for a mix of roles across multiple functions
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leaders
  • A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
  • Recruit across a wide range of corporate functions and leadership roles
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to final offer
  • Collaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding handoffs
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate recruiting best practices
