The Analyst will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and execution of corporate initiatives, working closely with various business units to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. This role allows you to influence the organization by evaluating and negotiating business transactions while providing vital insights into market dynamics and competitive landscapes. You will lead the development of financial models and presentations for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Collaboration and analytical skills will be essential as you support the strategic planning process and drive impactful decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Studies; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages a plus
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and financial aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and integrity
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Completed a 2-year investment banking analyst program is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual strategic planning process
  • Lead and assist with transaction processes including valuation and diligence
  • Conduct financial analyses and evaluations of potential transactions
