About The Position

ECMC Group is a nonprofit corporation focused on helping students succeed. Headquartered in Minneapolis, ECMC Group and its family of companies provide financial tools and services, as well as funding for innovative programs to help students achieve their academic and professional goals. The Corporate Services Representative, under limited supervision, provides support to all departments/companies and ensures that all functions are carried out daily with no interruptions to business processes. This position requires duties to be performed 100% onsite and includes tasks such as shipping, receiving, letter fulfillment, transcript fulfillment, and facilities support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of office/business clerical experience
  • 1+ years’ experience working in mail services or a facilities environment
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Responsibilities

  • Provides coverage for receptionist, including receiving/directing incoming calls, and maintaining/scheduling the Corporate Services Hotline
  • Performs shipping and receiving activities including incoming and outgoing mail, overnight mail, inter-office mail as well as sorting and batching Wage Withholding orders
  • Provides general maintenance and ordering for the supply rooms and all areas of the facility
  • Runs the daily bulk mail process and prepares the daily letters for printing
  • Manages mail letter templates, programs new letter templates and works with the various business units and external vendors to test letters
  • Provides direction for corporate moves, construction and proper facility set-up for meetings, events, etc.
  • Provides assistance to all ECMC departments with work production goals as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
