Origami Risk delivers a unified SaaS platform that helps organizations manage risk, insurance, compliance, and safety operations. Built for flexibility and scale, the platform supports a wide range of enterprises and service providers navigating complex operational and regulatory environments. Origami Risk is seeking a Corporate / Senior Corporate Counsel to support its commercial legal function and partner closely with the company’s sales organization. This role plays a central part in enabling growth by structuring, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements with customers, partners, and vendors. The position will handle a broad range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, technology and partnership agreements, and data-related terms, while advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and practical solutions. The role also supports vendor contracting, internal policy development, and cross-functional initiatives across the business. In addition, the attorney will contribute to improving legal processes and scalability, including enhancing templates, streamlining workflows, and integrating tools to support efficient contract review and negotiation. The ideal candidate brings experience negotiating commercial agreements in technology or software environments, with a strong understanding of data privacy and security considerations. You are comfortable managing high-volume deal flow, working cross-functionally, and providing clear, business-oriented legal guidance in a fast-paced setting.
