For more information, please visit www.wealthenhancement.com. We're hiring a Corporate Security Manager to establish and lead the enterprise-wide physical security function. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable security framework that supports over 150 branch office locations of varying size and our corporate headquarters, ensuring the safety of employees, clients, and assets. This is a fully remote position with regular travel required to provide on-the-ground support to our field offices. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Requirements

  • 10+ years in corporate security or law enforcement roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed office environments
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage diverse internal and external teams and resources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office and other software as required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Nice To Haves

  • BS in criminal justice, security management, or similar preferred
  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar credential preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive physical security strategy across all sites.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and prioritize mitigation plans based on threat levels.
  • Participate in merger and acquisition security diligence to evaluate risks and integration requirements
  • Ensure alignment of security initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain standardized security policies, procedures, and protocols (e.g., visitor access, emergency response).
  • Communicate and enforce security standards across all locations.
  • Monitor compliance and update policies as needed based on evolving risks and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and systems integrators.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of access control and surveillance systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance physical security.
  • Develop and deliver employee security training and awareness programs.
  • Lead investigations into security incidents, coordinating with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and law enforcement as necessary.
  • Implement corrective actions and lessons learned from incidents.
  • Prepare and manage the physical security budget, identifying cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on all physical security matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on security-related decisions and initiatives.
