About The Position

Ted Moore Auto Group is seeking additional office staff to join our team at our corporate office in downtown Oklahoma City, OK. We offer on-site training, prefer to promote from within, and have a strong understanding of the work/life balance. Applicants need to be available Monday – Friday 8-5. About Us: Ted Moore Auto Group is an Oklahoma-owned and locally operated automotive group with a primary focus within the automotive retailing industry. The company owns and operates several dealership franchises and collision centers within Oklahoma. Requirements

• Ability to scan and understanding of alphanumeric filing
• Must be able to lift 25 lb. file boxes
• Microsoft knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
