Malin is looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer to deliver onboarding, developmental and educational programs, and content to our sales teams. For this role, you will work closely with our sales associates to prepare and deliver learning materials and on-the-job training methods; and evaluate results after each session and applied skills in the field. You will identify challenges our sales professionals face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. This vital role will work closely with new business development representatives and sales leadership to help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
