POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Sales Seasonal Associate will assist the sponsorship sales department throughout various stages of the sales process including prospecting, proposal development and negotiation. This role will provide experience around corporate partnerships and a meaningful understanding of the larger sports marketing landscape. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS The Corporate Sales Seasonal Associate will report to the Senior Sales Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be a recent or upcoming graduate who has completed within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree (eligible graduation years 2025-2026) or an individual that has been discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025-2026).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Sales or Business Development
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays depending on the Eagles home game and event schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing lead lists and compiling relevant industry information
  • Maintain and improve sales & marketing materials in a quick an efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team on custom partnership proposals for prospective clients
  • Work closely with Business Data & Analytics team to apply 3rd party research to sales presentations
  • Organize details for client and prospect meetings
  • Input new partnership deal points, key contacts, and other important details into CRM system
  • Support the Corporate Partner Activation team with special events or other duties when needed
  • Assist in the execution of in-game promotions, gameday activities and away game activations throughout the majority of weekends during the season
