About The Position

The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational two-year-program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and diverse network. This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career. GDP participants will be immersed in a 1-week-in-person orientation followed by a robust onboarding training learning about various functions within CRB. Our program is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while having the opportunity to deep dive within their respective business area. WTW Affinity & Programs is a global line of business which provides end-to-end Affinity insurance solutions for organizations whose core business is not insurance. Affinity is a B2B2C/B2B2B/B2C line of business, which means the insureds will be our clients’ end-customers. Our Affinity strategy places a focus on prospects that are global in nature, have multi-country clients, and have a mass volume customer base. The current target segments are travel insurance, franchise networks, vertical SaaS customers, commercial auto, warranty, AI insurance, and other embedded insurance offerings. A role with Affinity is suited to individuals who have an interest in process engineering and automation across sales, broking, and account servicing functions. As a growing business unit, the Affinity team requires someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to being multi-disciplinary. Affinity spans multiple industries and business models. Success in this role requires comfort operating in ambiguity, the ability to structure nuanced solutions, and a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to problem solving. Love your work.
