GENERAL DUTIES: Collaboration: Provides support to the leadership team to create and oversee the revenue cycle reporting process. Assists in the interpretation of operational scorecards, distributes updated information and analysis on a regular schedule. Reporting: Generates data and reports on a regular schedule as directed by revenue cycle leadership as well as any ad hoc reporting as needed. Provides analysis and insight regarding the data generated and presented to the leadership and/or senior leadership as needed based on the reports generated. Support of Leadership: Support of leadership team and others as requested through the application of data analysis to improve current performance. Notifies the leadership of any significant variance to standard metrics or reports. Creates ad hoc reports and analysis utilizing a variety of tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, MS Access and EPIC SlicerDicer, and EPIC Radar. Assistance: Assists with special projects within revenue cycle operations as required. Participates in the assessment and development of business intelligence platforms, data warehouses, and other reporting tools. Metrics: Compiles and maintains detailed cash, billing, and reimbursement metrics that can be used for daily operational reviews to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
