About The Position

Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Manager of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Strategy is a role to support development and execution of the PVH CR strategy within the business and ultimately the achievement of our public CR targets through management of key strategy governance tools and processes for our key stakeholders, including communication of our ambition via targeted forums, and rooted in strong relationships and collaboration. The Manager will collaborate closely with the CR team, CR leadership team (CRLT), PVH corporate strategy, Supply teams and brand and regional sustainability teams, including leading briefings and decision-making conversations. The Manager will exhibit excellent communication and analytical skills, effective problem-solving, and the ability to build partnerships internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years with corporate responsibility/sustainability team experience is ideal
  • Project management experience is required
  • Experience delivering effective senior level stakeholder engagement, materials and collaboration a must
  • Required: B.S. / B. A. or M.S. in business administration, or similar discipline
  • Consistently delivers accurate materials, on-time, to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Effectively works with and collaborates with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Executive-level presentation skills and ability to present to senior leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and with change
  • Ability to problem-solve and come with solutions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CR strategy and planning process to progress against public targets, progress in setting new targets and deliver against long-term priorities.
  • Lead the annual CR strategy process, including management and execution of key milestones, requiring senior CRLT engagement on an ongoing bas
  • Manage the annual process to review/assess effectiveness of annual strategy process and all strategy processes and tools, focused on securing feedback from all stakeholders and supporting the Senior Director in evolving tools and processes as needed.
  • Oversee the progress across multiple cross-functional working groups on enterprise-wide sustainability priorities across brands, regions and PVH Corporate Responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), covering all standing strategy processes and tools, in support of future regulatory requirements.
  • Lead creation of the agenda and confidential materials for the quarterly CR Committee of the Board meetings and annual CR Board presentation with the CRLT, broader CR team, brand/region sustainability team leaders and other cross-functional leaders, as needed, including delivery of the final materials to senior PVH Legal team.
  • Coordinate daily CRLT meeting agendas and materials (e.g. build & finalization of forums materials).
  • Lead development of materials for quarterly CR team onsite meetings and monthly US Leadership Update meetings in partnership with Senior Director, including briefing-in and coordinating with senior CRLT throughout development.
  • Oversee research on emerging expectations for PVH and our industry.
  • Manage the quarterly competitor benchmarking and insights processes, including delivery to the CR Committee of the Board meetings in partnership with the CRLT.
  • Manage the Global Sustainability teams (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein & APAC) tools, processes and forums agendas and materials, including monthly coordination and briefings with the CR team priorities leads, Global Sustainability teams leaders, and with the CRLT in weekly planning meetings.
  • Manage the existing consumer insights fact base, including coordination with the Global Sustainability team’s strategy leads to update as new insights are available, and presentation of updates to the Global Sustainability team leaders.
  • Support the Senior Director in the execution of sustainability financial instruments, and subsequent reporting requirements, including project managing key milestones with the CR team.
  • Partner with the Investor Relations team, focused on materials development for annual investor meetings.
