About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Responsibility Project Director (CARE Program) to lead the operational, financial, and project management excellence behind our CARE investments across 10 markets in 5 states. This role is deeply rooted in operational execution—managing the full financial cycle, overseeing grant administration and governance, and ensuring programs advance our commitments in community impact . To be successful, you must reside in one of the CARE regional locations (MN, IN, MI, SC, GA, TN, NC, or TX, including Minneapolis, Detroit, Rocky Mount, Charleston, Nashville/Memphis, Columbus/Indy, Dallas, or Atlanta). Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day CARE operations by managing the full financial and grant cycle—including AOP planning, administration, approvals, and reporting—to ensure accurate, compliant execution across all markets.
  • Drive high‑quality governance and decision‑making by evaluating grant proposals, assessing alignment with strategic focus areas, understanding co‑funders and impact potential, and ensuring transparent, accountable processes across all investments.
  • Strengthen program outcomes and equity impact through proactive engagement with grantees, monitoring progress, identifying risks, elevating concerns, and ensuring investments—to deliver meaningful, measurable results.
  • Build alignment and influence across a matrixed environment by guiding regional teams, community partners, and leaders toward shared priorities, often without formal authority, and navigating complex, non‑hierarchical structures effectively.
  • Integrate social impact with enterprise strategy by applying a broad organizational perspective that connects CARE objectives to business priorities, risks, and long‑term value creation for both communities and the enterprise.
  • Enhance transparency and storytelling by translating financial, operational, and program data into clear, compelling narratives and updates that build understanding and trust with internal leaders, regional teams, and community stakeholders.
