We are looking for a full-time Corporate Regional Manager of Licensing for the state of Ohio to join our NYAP team! Looking for candidate to be living in Ohio, preferably near Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati locations. This is a hybrid role with traveling required for this role. Compensation: $74,000/yr. depending on experience and degree. Position Summary The Corporate Regional Manager of Licensing will provide supervision and oversight of Licensing Supervisors and/or Licensing Staff in the assigned geographic regions of NYAP. The Corporate Regional Manager of Licensing will be responsible for providing on-going coordination, supervision, and guidance of licensing processes and activities to ensure the licensing of diverse, high-quality foster homes within a 45 to 60 day established time frame in the assigned NYAP Region. The Corporate Regional Manager of Licensing will work with the assigned regions in the development and implementation of processes and protocols for foster home licensing from applicant to licensure as well as for pre-service training, data collection and reporting via EVOLV. The Organizational Regional Manager of Licensing will have a working knowledge of State, NYAP and Council of Accreditation (COA) regulations regarding foster parent licensure, certification, and recertification. The Organizational Regional Manager of Licensing will work under the supervision of the Associate National Director of Licensing to enhance efforts leading to the timely licensing of diverse, high-quality foster parents to meet the referral needs of our NYAP communities.
