ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Administers the licensing process for assigned licenses. Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation. Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting. Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials. Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Experience Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Adjuster or Clinical license experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the claims management industry. Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
