About The Position

GMF Steel Group is searching for a Corporate Recruiter to be part of our Marketing & Talent Acquisition Department! This person will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be hands-on in the entire recruitment process, from resume review to offer letters. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn what it takes to attract and hire A-level talent while gaining insight into how our brand and culture play a role in recruitment. Our ideal candidate should exhibit high energy, strong communication skills, and solid organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail is key, along with a drive to meet GMF’s high standard of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• High energy to attract A-Level talent
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office programs and applications
• Willingness to travel
• Bilingual, a plus

Responsibilities

• Champion interview process for corporate positions
• Prepare job descriptions
• Keep recruiting database up to date and proactively contact candidates
• Source for hard-to-fill positions and engage with passive candidates
• Consistenly communicate with candidates by providing a personable experience
• Prepare reports for executive management
• Assist with the new employee experience process
• Assist with selecting, planning, and attending career fairs
• Assist the Marketing team with duties, as necessary
