Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Finance, Education,or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of prior recruiting experience, insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Impressive communication, presentation,and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and consulting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the latestcandidate sourcingtechniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Proficient in social media recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating a candidate pipeline.
  • Experience building or executing a high demand recruiting process.

Nice To Haves

  • insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior departmental managers to understand recruiting priorities.
  • Develop a working knowledge of departments to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader company hiring objectives.
  • Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions.
  • Maintains a database of potential qualified candidates.
  • Create a database of high potential recent college graduates that may be trained and developed into Insurance Professionals.
  • Works creatively to initiate and implement innovative recruitment plans,identify resources to meet targeted recruitment needs.
  • Remains abreast of insurance recruiting trends.
  • Reviews job descriptions and job requisitions for accuracy prior to submission for posting.
  • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Responsible for all applicant tracking and creation of offer letters.
  • Process/review and follow up appropriately with all pre-employment applications and assessments.
  • Report pertinent recruiting metrics to keep hiring managers informed of the recruiting pipeline and progress on sourcing for all positions.
  • Conducts analysis of companyhiring, sourcing,and turnover trends.
