Contractor The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process within an organization by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. The role involves collaborating with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner to understand job requirements, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings. As a Corporate Recruiter you will maintain the Workday ATS System, schedule interviews, and assist in drafting offer letters. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions in Workday providing timely feedback to applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment software and basic knowledge of employment laws is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • Experience with Workday ATS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced culture and change priorities as needed and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching) and ability to engage talent in the marketplace
  • Demonstrate good judgment, have excellent organization skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Team player, capable of self-management, and willing to travel to other company-wide offices, industry events or career fairs as needed
  • Must be able to attend onsite onboarding in one of our locations: Denver, CO, Plymouth Meeting, PA, Houston, TX, New York, NY, Houston, TX, or St Petersburg, FL or Atlanta, GA
  • Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Able to manage specials projects as needed

Responsibilities

  • Source and screen potential candidates for various positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking tools
  • Assist with onboarding and offer letter preparation
  • Support the team with other administrative recruitment tasks as needed
