About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for various departments, including Commercial, Operations, and Business Enablement. You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process-from sourcing and engaging candidates to closing offers-while ensuring a positive, high-touch experience for both internal teams and candidates. In this role you'll partner with a variety of stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into recruitment strategies. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program. Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing offers for a variety of business functions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

Successfully identify, engage, and secure outstanding talent for critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Business Operations.
Proactively build and maintain robust pipelines of top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies and direct outreach; ensuring access to both active and passive talent.
Provide a seamless and transparent experience for both candidates and hiring partners, resulting in high satisfaction scores and strong offer acceptance rates.
Ensure that hiring practices and candidate slates reflect a wide range of perspectives and experiences, supporting a culture of inclusion and balanced team composition.
