Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team in our corporate office in St. Charles, Illinois . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be a critical part of the team that represents our brand and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education/certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and customers
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Communicate with facilities department to maintain our corporate office
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the office and kitchen areas by monitoring supplies, restocking as needed, coordinating cleaning services, and ensuring common areas are welcoming and well-maintained for employees and visitors
  • Reconcile monthly expenses for the customer care department
  • Manage mail distribution
  • Organize meetings, schedule facility tours, room setup, and order lunches
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Process and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
