About The Position

The Corporate Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of projects primarily related to real estate, construction, and property improvements, while also supporting special projects for the family office and non-MPW initiatives as needed. This role requires a highly adaptable, professional individual who is comfortable working in a formal office environment, engaging in face-to-face communication with stakeholders, and managing projects that may vary in scope, urgency, and structure. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, discretion, and the personal makeup to operate confidently in a demanding, relationship-driven setting. Project volume may fluctuate; at times the role may manage 5–6 active real estate projects, while at other times the focus may shift to alternative projects supporting family or corporate priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience managing real estate, construction, renovation, or rehabilitation projects preferred.
  • Formal project management credentials (PMP, broker’s license, etc.) not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with limited structure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a corporate, family office, or executive-facing environment is a plus.
  • This role is best suited for someone with practical project management experience and the interpersonal maturity to operate effectively in a relationship-driven, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate–related projects including construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and property improvement initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication, including direct interaction with stakeholders in a professional and polished manner.
  • Oversee project schedules, milestones, documentation, and reporting to leadership.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, including non-real-estate or non-MPW projects as directed.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Review contracts, proposals, and invoices related to assigned projects.
  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and status updates.
  • Support leadership with special initiatives, research, and ad hoc project needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business or family office needs.
