About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Corporate Project Manager & Policy Advisor to support our transition from a startup to a professionally managed organization. This role combines strategic support for the Board, conceptual project leadership, and local policy compliance responsibilities. The ideal candidate will work autonomously, handle complex initiatives and ensure smooth corporate operations supporting a compliant and favorable operating environment of the organization’s business goals, policies and procedures. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Proven experience in corporate operations, project management support, or executive business partner support.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to manage & analyze complex data & multifunctional projects.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage & lead multiple project tasks, timelines & documentation.
  • High level of autonomy, discretion, and integrity to handle sensitive information & investigation of findings.
  • High level of problem-solving with ability to identify & solve issues to support project quality & delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as knowledge expert of the policy management processes within the Policy Navigator management tool.
  • Act as main contact person in all issues relating to policy management methodology, policy creation, updates, enactment & discontinuation of policies.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives & monitor policy outcomes.
  • Reporting & briefing of new policy requirements, developments & scope of application.
  • Provide leadership & guidance, to act as liaison to the board of management, to foster a culture of awareness of internal policies & procedures.
  • Lead and execute corporate projects, ranging from operational (e.g., HQ relocation) to strategic (e.g., defining and implementing processes for new sales/service regions).
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including network projects (e.g., opening new service locations).
  • Maintain project files, manage project plans & ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Proactively identify risk & issue management to implement corrective actions to meet all project deadlines.
  • Team leadership to implement & ensure efficient operational support.
  • Develop and implement corporate processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage corporate contracts and databases; design and maintain a contract management system.
  • Manage Human Resource related procedures.
  • Organize corporate meetings and events.
  • Manage sales license activities ensuring compliance of all industry standards.
  • Act as a central point of contact for the DCNA Board of Management, providing status updates & gathering feedback.
  • Provide high-level conceptual and organizational support to DCNA Board of Management
