Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services project management.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, compliance, and lending systems.
  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability occasionally to work at various locations within driving distance.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).

Nice To Haves

  • PMP and/or Agile certifications (Scrum,SAFe)preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects: Manage and drive cross-departmental initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Define project parameters: Establish project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings: Launch new projects with clear roles, expectations, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work: Align internal teams to ensure smooth execution and accountability.
  • Monitor project performance: Track milestones, assess risk, and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Resolve roadblocks: Identify and address challenges or delays, escalating as needed.
  • Document outcomes: Maintain centralized records, charters, updates, and close-out evaluations.
  • Measure impact: Build and report on performance metrics tied to strategic and community goals.
  • Analyze data: Interpret project and outreach data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Champion process improvement: Recommend tools, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance: Align project execution with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support outreach initiatives: Assist with planning and analysis for financial literacy and engagement efforts.
