We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a key role overseeing multiple company-wide programs, ensuring their efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration, and program administration expertise. In this position, you will act as a key liaison between employees, vendors, leadership, and external partners and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company-wide corporate travel program and policies, credit card program, expense management program and policies, employee recognition program and policies, office facilities, and employee engagement initiatives. You will serve as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert support on travel and expense-related issues and employee recognition issues and solutions, which, at times, may require collaborating with department leaders to resolve escalations. You will be highly involved in new hire experiences relating to training and education on the programs. You will also play a key role in maintaining the vendor relationships and offering guidance, training, and oversight of the programs and processes. Also, continuously identifying areas of improvement to meet the evolving needs of the business.
