This position will have a work schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The primary responsibilities will include: Ser ve as the point of contact for the Draper training facility. Manage the training facility's marketing aesthetics and functional training purposes. Develop training strategies and training/sampling tools with market directors, the director of marketing, and support from product managers. Work with product managers and market directors on trainings to be held at the facilities, including organizing product, layouts, presentations, and general event logistics such as lodging and food. Oversee development of digital learning efforts. Conduct in-field training on specific targets-customer or topic ‑ Perform hands-on product work for setup and teardown. Oversee development of outward ‑ facing PowerPoints, with support from marketing resources, for use by sales in the field with dealers, designers, and architects. Oversee Draper AIA and other accredited continuing education courses. Support Draper Voice of the Customer efforts. Engage product managers (production support), engineering, and internal technical support to address customer feedback. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (in ‑ person and virtual) for dealers and employees. Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and training requirements. Facilitate and develop new dealer and new employee onboarding as it relates to sales, marketing, and product training. Maintain and update training content to reflect product specifications, environmental product requirements (HPDs, Red Lists, EPDs, LEED, etc.), internal processes, policies, and system changes.
