About The Position

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Contract Procurement Analyst to support sourcing, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations across the organization. This is a highly visible role partnering with business leaders, IT, Legal, and Procurement to guide smart, strategic purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• College degree, preferred; however, relevant procurement work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Contract experience (procurement or supply chain preferred)
• Experience negotiating contracts and asking tough questions
• Proven ability to identify or contribute to cost‑savings
• Curiosity, adaptability, and strong research skills
• Coupa, Oracle, or other procurement system knowledge (SAP a plus)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Must be comfortable communicating professionally both verbally and through written communication

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional teams including IT, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to lead sourcing and contract activities
• Manage incoming contracts, including IT and Software as Service agreements (SaaS), overseeing renewals, negotiations, and coordination with contract owners - while preparing clean, accurate documentation for Legal review
• Process contract renewals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with contract owners
• Evaluate vendors, analyze proposals, and lead sourcing initiatives by translating business objectives into clear priorities, pricing objectives, and negotiation strategies
• Interpret contractual language up-front and relay key terms, risks, and implications to non‑legal stakeholders
• Prepare clean, accurate documents before legal review
• Execute and track procurement workflows using Coupa and related systems, ensuring adherence to compliance standards
