About The Position

The Corporate Pilot performs all flight duties as assigned and is responsible for the safe, professional, and efficient operation of company aircraft in support of executive leadership and authorized passengers. This role requires strong technical proficiency, sound judgement, and a high level of discretion in a corporate aviation environment.

Requirements

  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating.
  • Multi-Engine Rating.
  • Current First-Class or Second-Class FAA Medical.
  • 3,500 hours total flight time.
  • 1,500 hours multi-engine time.
  • 500 hours of jet aircraft time.
  • 50+ hours in the applicable aircraft make and model (CE-560 preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR Part 91 operations.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment aviation Fit-for-Duty examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and TSA requirements.
  • Prior corporate or business aviation experience.
  • Hold a valid passport.
  • Willingness to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the company headquarters.
  • Thorough knowledge of flight operations and aircraft systems.
  • Strong aeronautical decision-making and situational awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites or similar software.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional executive environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating aircraft controls and avionics.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds to a height of approximately 50 inches.
  • Ability to exert required force to manipulate flight controls, throttle, switches, and oxygen systems.
  • Sufficient dexterity and grip strength in both hands to safely operate aircraft systems.

Nice To Haves

  • ATP certificate.
  • CE-560 type rating or experience in similar corporate jet aircraft.
  • Experience flying for executives.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command, as assigned, in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Adhere to all rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
  • Conduct all phases of flight operations, including preflight planning, weather evaluations, route planning, aircraft inspections, and post-flight documentation.
  • Study weather conditions and forecast for departure, enroute, destination, and alternate airports.
  • Prepare flight plans, calculate weight and balance, fuel requirements, and aircraft performance data.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and operational reliability.
  • Ensure the aircraft is operated safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Comply with established schedules and operational requirements.
  • Maintain all required FFA certifications, medicals, training, and flight currency.
  • Comply with applicable FAA regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies.
