Assist in helping customers in the Parts Order Status telephone queue. Manage, review, and update vendor invoices in Exflow. Serve as the main backup for the Admin / Back-order team. Handle supply ordering as needed. Daily Tracking and ensuring proper billing of inbound / outbound freight. Process the cash log and register. Reduce and maintain the abandoned call rate to meet company goals in abandoned call percentage. Assist Corporate Administration Manager, Customer Care Manager and/or Inventory Control Manager as needed to conduct daily business tasks. Maintain and monitor Novelty Store Inventory and replenishment for Piscataway and Branches as needed. Picking exceptions for Warehouse. Assist in helping customers at the Parts Office COD window. Includes processing payments for COD orders and entering all COD notes in D365 for counter documents as needed. Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs.
